June-August 2006 Green Mountain Powerplant - Tailrace Stoplog Guide Repairs Kremmling, CO
C&W mobilized to the site in June and set up scaffolding and a dive platform from which to conduct operations. The deteriorating
stoplog guides at the powerplant were cut and chipped to sound concrete before rebar repair and placement of concrete and grout forms.
17' tall steel grout forms and 12' header plates were fabricated in Denver and transported to the site, where they were hoisted in
place and fastened with over 100 linear feet of wet welding. Concrete and grout were poured and finished to specifications. Through
the use of silt curtains and environmentally conscious work practices, C&W protected the Blue River from turbidity caused by construction
