July - August 2007 Barrett Lake Dredging Dulzura, CA
C&W worked with Orion Construction Corp. to replace valves at the Barrett Lake dam. More than 300 cubic yards of silt upstream of the dam
were dredged using a submersible Toyo pump supported by a four-point anchor Flexi-Float barge, allowing C&W divers to locate and seal 30"
and 16" valves previously hidden below the mud line. C&W has worked with the city of San Diego to implement a BMP (Best Management Practices)
and SWPPP (Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan) that protects water quality at the lake.
