C&W is replacing the radial gate lifting hardware and watertight seals on 18 tainter gates used to control water flow.
Articulating submersible bulkheads composed of eleven caissons are first assembled and installed in order to dewater
the 18 individual bays. The lifting hardware and old seals on the tainter gates are then removed and replaced. Additionally,
C&W is installing ladders and handrails on the concrete platforms joining these bays. C&W is also assisting in the development
of future bulkhead installation procedures.

January 2008 Titan Marine Emergency Mobilization San Diego, CA
C&W responded to a same-day emergency request to assist a Titan Marine vessel four miles off the coast of San Diego, CA. Within four hours
of initial notification, a surface supplied dive crew with underwater burning capabilities was mobilized and dispatched to the scene.
The dive team completed their operations by the end of the day, enabling both crews and vessels to return safely.
